Witness houses who have had their elegant craftsman trim themes disappeared in a whirlwind of dropped ceilings, vinyl siding, and sanitary molding. Witness victorians clad in asbestos, their windows shortened, turned exterior moldings removed, porches replaced by rotting squares of structural grade fir, pt 4x4s and plywood decking.
